Problem Note 58561: SAS® Enterprise Case Management does not display all of the comments that you add to a case through the SAS Enterprise Case Management web service

You can add multiple comments to a case through the SAS Enterprise Case Management web service. However, you might not see all of the comments when you edit the case in the SAS Enterprise Case Management web application. Even when the Case History tab shows that all of the comments were added successfully, the Comments tab might show only the last comment that you added. If you add additional comments to the case through the web application, the missing comments might subsequently appear in the Comments tab.
